The Client

Acuity Care Group encompasses a range of companies within the complex care sector, one of which is Team Brain Injury Support, a homecare provider which specialises in supporting children and adults with brain injuries and other neurological disabilities.

The Brief

The brief was to recruit carers for Team Brain Injury Support and fill vacancies in Southampton. We needed to attract applicants who were looking for a fulfilling new career and the target audience was broad because no experience was necessary and full training would be given.

The Solution

Because the catchment area was Southampton only, we needed an audio solution which gave us discreet coverage but also enabled us to reach the broad target audience.

Digital Audio was selected because it’s a very efficient way to target a specific area with a focused budget across a number of radio stations and music streaming services.

Digital Audio comes into its on these occasions because it works by targeting people who are listening to radio stations and music streaming services via connected devices such as phones and smart speakers.  And because listening is taking place via connected device, we know the listeners’ location, we can geo target, and indeed add further targeting by demographic and other attributes such as interest and behaviours.

Creative

The client was looking for a bright, fresh sound for their ad, so when voice casting we focused on young, upbeat voices, and added dance-based music with wide appeal as a backing.  The ad was recorded, produced, mixed and delivered with 48 hours.
